Then and Now. I get to spend the next month as a daytime nanny for my Baby Bestie, now that nighttimes are getting figured out. I hadn’t seen my baby in a month, it warmed my heart that I was easily recognized by baby when they saw me. We had a lovely day, singing, reading, dancing, bouncing, and catching up. Then I played Iron Chef in the kitchen while baby napped, and whipped up a delicious dinner for mom and dad, based on things I found in the pantry and freezer. I absolutely love that this is my life and this is what I get to do for a living. More of this, please! Hoping to pick up a new postpartum family beginning in February. Do you know a mom who loves sleep? Referrals are my lifeline! 💕
