January Reset: Healthy Routines for You & Your Pet
As we step into a brand-new year, we’re feeling extra reflective and grateful. January is such a powerful time to reset routines, refocus on what matters, and recommit to caring for the bodies (and nervous systems!) we love—both human and furry.
We wanted to share a few important updates, plus a little January encouragement to help you and your pets start the year feeling your very best.
✨ January Consistency Bonus ✨
We say it all the time because it’s true: consistency is where the magic happens!
And let's face it, after the holidays, our fur babies could use a little extra TLC and nervous system reset.
That's why we’re offering a January Consistency Bonus:
When you book 4 visits in January–February, your pet will receive FREE PEMF therapy included at every visit.
PEMF helps support circulation, relaxation, and healing—and we love being able to reward our amazing clients who prioritize regular care.
If you’d like help spacing these visits out or choosing the right appointment type, our team is always happy to help.
🌱 Creating Healthy Routines (for You & Your Pet)
January doesn’t need to be about drastic change. We believe in small, sustainable habits that add up over time.
A few gentle routine ideas we love:
For pets: consistent movement, regular adjustments, daily walks or play, and a cozy, supportive place to rest
For humans: hydration, nervous-system-friendly movement, time outdoors, and honoring rest without guilt
Your pet’s nervous system is deeply connected to yours—when you slow down and care for yourself, you’re helping them too.
🩺 Team Update: Schedule Changes Starting February
We also wanted to share an upcoming schedule change that begins in February:
Dr. Alex will be seeing patients at our Broomfield location on Fridays
Dr. Amber will be seeing patients at our Fort Collins location on Fridays
As a small, heart-centered business, we care deeply about our team. These changes are being made to help reduce commute time and support work–life balance for our amazing doctors. Both Dr. Alex and Dr. Amber are very excited to spend less time on I-25—even though they will truly miss seeing their regular clients.
Please know:
We will thoughtfully go over cases together
We are committed to a smooth, supportive transition
Your pet will continue receiving the same high level of care you trust
If you have questions or would like help scheduling with a specific doctor, just reach out—we’re here for you.
