Are you a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Assistant who wants to make an impact using hippotherapy — therapeutic treatment incorporating equine movement alongside traditional therapy tools? 🐴✨

About the Role:
👉 Join our dynamic therapy team at My Heroes LLC, located at the renowned Temple Grandin Equine Center. You’ll provide outpatient therapy for both pediatric and adult clients, integrating equine movement into individualized treatment plans. 

What You’ll Do:
✔ Evaluate patients & create treatment goals
✔ Use hippotherapy & traditional therapy techniques
✔ Collaborate with families, team members & equine staff
✔ Complete therapy documentation and reporting
✔ Support volunteer/horse handler coordination
✔ Participate in events & community outreach

You Bring:
🎓 Active PT / PTA / OT / COTA license (Colorado required)
🧠 Min. 1 year direct treatment experience preferred
❤️ Comfortable working with horses + interested in equine-assisted therapy
📜 First Aid & CPR certifications
📘 AHA/L-1 training or willingness to pursue it (preferred)

🚨 Important Barn Update 🚨

We regret to inform you that My Heroes is now under new management… by a gaggle of geese. 🦢😳

Despite our best efforts, the geese have officially “ousted” the horses and claimed the barn as their own. They’ve taken over feeding schedules (mostly demanding more snacks), rearranged stalls into “VIP Goose Lofts,” and started offering “water aerobics” in every available trough.

Effective immediately, all lessons will now be conducted on goose-back. Riders are encouraged to practice their balance—these new mounts are a little… wobbly.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but let’s be honest—it’s their barn now. We’re just living in it.

(P.S. Happy April Fools’! The horses are still in charge… for now. 😉)
