Just finished another awesome 4 day Visceral Manipulation class in Denver taught by my brilliant teacher Gail Weitzler PT. I’ve been through all the organ classes VM 1-5 once. Started over again this weekend with VM1 (took it for the first time back in 2018), this time it all sunk in better than ever. Working with the organs is more fulfilling than any work I’ve ever done. I got to receive as well over the past 4 days. Right now my liver, gallbladder, stomach, small and large intestine are feeling pretty happy. It’s very gentle precise and effective. Highly recommend trying visceral, especially if you have any digestive issues, chronic pain, high stress, or emotions that need releasing.
