Take a moment to imgaine that you're at your favorite place on earth

Take a deep breath, in and out through your nose

Take 3 more breaths - each breath more expansive than the one before

On your last deep inhalation - on the exhale

Feel your jaw relaxed, your tongue move away from the roof of your mouth, and your shoulders move away from your ears.

Come back to this in those moments you need to be reminded that you are still in there.

This 90-minute gentle breathing practice is about giving yourself permission to let go and be present in the moment. To hear the rhythm of your body, to listen to the cues it gives, and to embrace your dance.
