I’m Sarah, a licensed massage therapist with 14 years of experience in promoting wellness through the art of touch. My journey into massage therapy began with a passion for holistic healing and a desire to help others achieve balance and relaxation in their lives.

I specialize in a variety of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and Trigger Point therapy. My approach is tailored to each individual, focusing on their unique needs and goals. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, recovery from an injury, or simply a moment of tranquility, I am here to support you on your wellness journey.

I believe that massage is not just a luxury but an essential part of self-care. I strive to create a calming and nurturing environment in my practice, where clients can feel safe and rejuvenated. I am continuously learning and staying updated on the latest techniques and trends in the field to provide the best care possible. I have also been dabbling in essential oils and the healing properties associated with each one together and separately.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me [hiking with my Miniature Schnauzer, swimming, playing guitar and piano, or hanging out with loved ones. I look forward to working with you and helping you discover the many benefits of massage therapy! 📣
