Empowerment from Within, LLC provides counseling and mentoring services to northern Colorado. Services are provided by Corynne Hilbert, MSW, LSW, CWS and include psychotherapy for children, adolescents, individuals, and families; nature-based services; somatic therapy; expressive arts; animal-assisted services; play therapy; group therapy; shamanic services; and directed retreats and rites of passage for individuals and groups. Clients may choose to have their sessions online or in an outdoor setting at Wilder-Nest Retreats near Masonville, Colorado (approximately 25 minutes from Fort Collins and/or Loveland). In-person services in the office are temporarily suspended.

Online services are available.
