When I started Akamai Healing, I had a calling… but not a roadmap. I knew I wanted to support people through Reiki, breathwork, sound, and restorative practices — but turning that passion into a sustainable, aligned business felt overwhelming.
That’s when I reached out to . I’d been watching Lindsay build a business that felt grounded, intentional, and deeply authentic. When I learned she offered a mentorship program (Rise), something in me said GO. After a couple of conversations, I hired her — not fully knowing what I needed, but knowing I needed support.
For nearly a year, we met every two weeks. These weren’t surface level check ins. They were deep dives into my fears, my strengths, my blind spots, and the vision I held for Akamai Healing. She helped me get organized, get honest, and get intentional. And the growth that followed still feels surreal — Akamai Healing expanded tenfold.
But the numbers are only part of the story.
Lindsay helped me clarify the true pillars of my work — the modalities that light me up and create the deepest transformation. Through Rise, I hit milestone after milestone.
But the real magic was how she mentored me.
Lindsay is soft and grounded, encouraging and honest. She dreams big while keeping you rooted. She never let me sell myself short. She reminded me again and again to focus on what lights me up, to refine what I already do well, and to trust that the right people will find me when I’m aligned and authentic.
Through her belief in me, I learned to believe in myself. And Akamai Healing’s growth is a reflection of that shift.
I’m not the same practitioner I was a year ago. Akamai Healing isn’t the same business either. We’re both more grounded, more aligned, and more ourselves.
If you’re feeling the pull to work with a mentor, Lindsay is accepting a very limited number of Rise clients this year. Find her .
