Hi, I am Lawrence Lay, owner of RMM. Welcome to my face book page. I hope it will prove to be a valuable resource for you on you path to wellness. In addition to being a registered massage therapist, I am also a certified Neuromuscular Therapist, certified Trauma Release Specialist, and have extensive training in Myo-facial release and trigger point therapies. On the relaxing side I offer Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Mind-body Massage as well as individual and small group Meditation classes. I also offer energy healing sessions with Reiki and Healing Touch. Rocky Mountain Massage also has a long history of providing health and wellness services to numerous local businesses, corporations, and government municipalities. I have been serving Fort Collins and Northern Colorado since 1998. I eagerly look forward to meeting new people and contacts that can benefit from my services.
