Also we have many other plate loaded pieces, OVER 100, like the inverted leg press from Rogue, Nautilus, Maxicam, Magnum, Nebula, Rar Crowther, Nebula, glute/ham raise, reverse hyper extension, DEADLIFT PLATFORMS!!!Chalk!!! The extremely rare Icarian Donkey calf raise, Strive extreme low row machine, and the DynaBody leverage squat machine! We also are the ONLY gym in the US that has the MedX Avenger leg press!!!!! An amazing leg press/hack squat/squat machine that completely eliminates ALL stress on the lower back and knees!

-An environment conducive to getting results (Motivational Wall art and posters of all kinds of athletes) Awesome cardio machine---ellipticals, treadmills, stair climbers, and the dreaded Jacobs Ladder!

-Not only the best equipment...BUT LOTS OF IT! 100+ plate loaded machines, 2 hack squats, 8 squat racks, 4 bench press stations, 36 pieces just for LEGS, dumb bells up to 200lbs, so no waiting around to get things done!

-MUSIC to TRAIN to... We like to play music that motivates!
-Helpful staff who are willing to explain/teach how anything works.

-People standing around taking up space.
-Boring non-motivation music like you get at many other gyms.
-Meathead mentality. Although PG&F has a few bodybuilders/powerlifters they are all very nice and willing to help. Thankfully they are this way because they choose to be. If they purposefully acted intimidating they would be asked to leave the gym.

Prodigy Gym is launching a b***y class in January that will be one hour of high intensity, glute specific training AND we are seeking an experienced Group instructor!

The pay is 30-75$ an hour
DEPENDING ON how many people attend each class. Each class will have a cap of 12 people, we are needing a high energy, very attentive, group training instructor, so please reach out to us ASAP. If this is you.
