💧Why it’s important for your PT to drink water💧

Hydration plays a powerful role in your physical therapy process. Here’s why:

🫁 Water oxygenates your body’s vital systems
🧬 It helps remove damaged cells and energize tissues
💥 It reduces muscle soreness, cramping, and even supports healing from sprains
🛡️ It boosts your immune system—key for tissue repair and overall health

Staying hydrated helps your body especially before and after your session, to support your recovery from the inside out!

In the left image, her left foot swings out slightly with each stride. This out-toeing might look small, but it can lead to big problems over time — think increased impact forces, muscle imbalances, or potential injuries including shin splints, knee or hip pain.
This kind of movement pattern often stems from weak hip/glute muscles, tight hip flexors, or limited ankle mobility. After a run assessment, we identified the cause and were able to see running more efficiently in just a few weeks!
