Hugo & I have worked for years on a variety of issues that stem from years as a high level athlete & physically demanding job in the Marine Corps.
His story is not much different than most. Bouncing from doctor to doctor, PT to PT, treatment to treatment, never getting any sort of lasting effect. All he needed was a slightly different approach that saw him progress from start all the way to where he wants to perform on a daily basis.
