Focus on thoughtfulness, expressing gratitude and spending quality time.
Here are a few ways you can do that-

1. Take the time to handwrite a card or letter. Acknowledge her
sacrifices and contributions to your family.
2. Bring her flowers, it's classic but brings a smile to her face.
3. Make her breakfast in bed, or run out for her favorite coffee.
4. Go for a hike and/or a picnic.
5. Spend time together playing cards or a board game.
6. Help her with chores or running errands.
