We are excited to officially welcome Shannon Clark Lee, BSW into her new full time role as a Connections Behavioral Health Coach and Family Case Manager for Turning Point in our Greeley office.
This position is made possible through funding from The Weld Trust and we are incredibly grateful for their continued investment in accessible behavioral health services for Weld County families. Their support allows us to expand no cost behavioral coaching and family support services to youth, caregivers, and families who need them most.
Shannon took a bold step later in life to pursue her passion for mental health, earning her Bachelor of Social Work from Colorado State University. She found her calling at Turning Point as a Behavioral Coach, where she has built meaningful connections and helped individuals develop coping skills, confidence, and resilience.
In January 2026, she accepted this new role supporting our Connections program in Greeley.
Behavioral coaching through this program includes weekly support focused on life skills, coping strategies, behavioral support, parent coaching, and overall growth and development. Services are available at no cost to eligible Weld County families while funding lasts.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys creative art, time in nature, and making memories with family and friends. We are so grateful for her heart, her commitment, and the compassion she brings to this work.
Please join us in congratulating Shannon and thanking The Weld Trust for making this important community work possible.
