🕉 I am incredibly grateful to be a massage therapist. Massage is more than just skin deep. The physical work sets the foundation for the whole person to flourish. It can be a channel for catharsis & empowers people to feel their best. It is beautiful to feel the tension, stress, pain, & disconnection melt away during a massage. I recognize that it is a privilege when my clients entrust me with thier vulnerabilities & ailments. I am honored to walk with people on their healing journeys.

Often, we ignore what our body is telling us. (I say we because I have done it too!) We put our physical health "on the back burner" or "put a cork in it" to deal with it later. But what we really need is to listen to ourselves. We need to respect the call to care for our bodies. Your body does SO much & needs some R&R from time to time. Let this be a reminder to take some time for self care today!
