Our Story
Turtle Mountain was established in 2014 but my love for fermentation began much earlier than this. I recognized the benefits of probiotics in my own body and wanted to share this amazing feeling with others.
We have since grown to offer not only our traditional Yerba Mate Kombucha but many delicious flavors of kombucha, as well as raw fermented sauerkraut and kimchi. These three products make up the heart and soul of Turtle Mountain.
Our goal is to provide our community with the most delicious and healthy, fermented food and drink. We strive to source a majority of our products locally from the farmer's markets we participate in and other small businesses.
It is our customers that have helped us grown into the company we are today and we are grateful for each and everyone of you. We are looking forward to continueing to grow and being able to offer our delicious and nutritious products to more and more people.
