This will be a last-minute order. These will be the Murph 2026 commemorative T-shirts. We will be hosting the Murph workout next Monday Memorial Day at 8:30 AM. All are welcome to attend. You do not need to buy a T-shirt to attend, but if you would like one, please comment your size below. We will just charge your account for the T-shirt. They will be $20 plus tax. You are welcome to invite anyone you would like to come along and do the workout, even if they are not a member. If they would also like a T-shirt, they are more than welcome to purchase one. These will be pre-orders only.

Evening class energy hits different.

Almost an all-girls crew tonight—strong, focused, encouraging, and absolutely bringing it.
Then… the three of us guys showed up and briefly interrupted the girl power 😄💪

This is what we love about our evening classes:
High energy
Great coaching
Lots of laughs
And people pushing themselves together

Saturday mornings look a little different at our gym.

This crew has been showing up for years.
Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different fitness levels.
Same mindset: consistency over perfection.

From a 70+ year-old who refuses to slow down,
to a 60+ year-old who keeps getting stronger,
to women in their 30s and 40s proving you don’t have to be “big and bulky” to lift and move well.

This workout?
Strength-based. Scaled. Intentional.

That’s the part most people don’t see:

I hope you all have had a great Thanksgiving. I would like to introduce you to Rachel, a new CrossFit coach that will be starting this week. Below is a little message from and about her. Join me by welcoming her to the team.

Hi everyone! I’m Rachel Chaney! I just moved to Fort Dodge from Tennessee with my husband, Sam! I started CrossFit in 2020 when it was the only gym in town doing in person workouts so I figured I’d give it a try! My favorite CrossFit workouts include the sn**ch and heavy sandbag carries! I love CrossFit because it’s a universal language and instant community wherever you go. I got my L1 and started coaching last year. I love getting to be part of someone’s fitness journey in the same way that past coaches were part of mine. I’m excited to be part of CrossFit Fort Dodge!
