This past weekend we had the honor of attending the Balanced Fitness Retreat, a beautiful and soul-nourishing experience 🌿 From peaceful moments on the land to endless laughter, every detail was filled with intention.

We were especially blessed to lead the sound bath as the sun went down, a powerful and grounding way to close the day. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

Grateful to have been part of such a healing and empowering weekend surrounded by nature, movement, and community. ✨
