The holiday season is known for connection and celebration, yet it can also bring feelings of loneliness. Whether you’re spending the season alone or feeling disconnected even in a room full of people, these feelings are more common than they seem—and you don't have to carry it all alone. Support and resources are always available through YourLifeIowa.org or 988.

For more insight and tips to reduce loneliness, check out SAMHSA's blog post at https://www.samhsa.gov/blog/feeling-lonely-you-are-not-alone-tips-and-resources-for-the-holiday-season

There's still time to make a gift this year that will help us bring hope home. 💚

Every day in Central Iowa, families are looking for adolescent residential substance use treatment, only to find that Des Moines has limited options.

We’re working to change that by opening a new 16-bed adolescent wing at our Grays Woods Recovery Campus in Des Moines—bringing local, accessible, trauma-informed care to adolescents.

Every gift helps make this state-of-the-art facility a reality for families in need. Learn more about our project at www.grayswoodsrecovery.org.
