Beginning on Tuesday, March 31st, you can find CFR in Boone at 900 West Mamie Eisenhower Ave. (also known as 900 West 3rd Street). Our office will be located within the Boone County Social Services/Veterans' Affairs building.

❌Our Boone office will be closed on March 30, 2026 due to the move.

⏰All appointments scheduled on or after March 31, 2026, will take place at the new location. We will continue to be open Monday-Wednesday with the same hours, and our phone number will remain the same.
