Sat all weekend in continuing ed… and my body was screaming one thing:

MOVE.

Sun was out—so I sprinted.

Not because I’m trying to be fast…
But because I refuse to lose the ability to BE fast.

As we age, sprinting becomes less about actual speed and more about perceived effort. You feel like you’re flying… but you’re not moving like you used to.

That’s exactly why it matters.

Sprinting challenges:
✔️ Power
✔️ Strength
✔️ Mobility
✔️ Bone density

And let’s be honest…

How many people say:
“I just wish I was in the shape I was in back in high school…”

Here’s the uncomfortable truth:

👉 You trained like an athlete back then.

So if you want to move like you used to…
you have to train like it still matters.

Age isn’t the reason you stop doing hard things.
Stopping hard things is the reason you age faster.

Don’t accept the slow decline.
Don’t give up speed.
Don’t stop moving.

Here’s the truth most people won’t say out loud…

Growth doesn’t come from greed. It comes from impact.

When we first started, we had all the time in the world for each patient. Fewer people. Slower pace. Longer visits.

But here’s the question…

👉 Are we supposed to stay small just to prove we “care”?
👉 Or are we allowed to grow so we can help MORE people?

Yes—things have changed.
Yes—our time looks different than it used to.

But the mission hasn’t changed at all.

We didn’t build this to see a handful of people.
We built this to serve as many people as possible who need real help.

So I’ll ask you…

How many people are we allowed to help before it’s considered greedy?

Because from where I stand—
Turning people away when you have the ability to help them… that’s the real problem.

You do not need to “wait until it gets worse” before doing something about knee pain.

This patient had severe joint space loss in her knee and had already been told joint replacement would likely be the next option.

But she was still active, still moving, and still wanted to enjoy life.

So instead of waiting, we started with an offloading knee brace, therapy, and a plan to reduce pressure, calm inflammation, and help her keep doing the things she loves.

She is already feeling better and preparing for her upcoming trip.
