Big news at Active Health Clinics.

We’ve offered rehab-style services before, but in the past they were self-pay, which meant patients had to cover the cost out of pocket.

Now that we have a licensed physical therapist on staff, we’re able to bill insurance for physical therapy services.

That means better access, more support, and an easier path for patients who need care.

We’re excited to keep serving our community with Drake and Cainen now helping us expand what we can offer.

If you’ve been putting off care because of cost, this may be the sign to reach out.

As we age, our skin naturally becomes thinner, less elastic, and more prone to wrinkles.

One of the biggest reasons for this is collagen loss.

That’s why one of the key parts of our Glow Challenge focuses on supporting your body’s natural collagen production, while also working to reduce inflammation and improve blood flow to the skin.

When you improve collagen, reduce inflammation, and increase blood flow, you create an environment where the skin can become:

• Healthier
• Fuller
• More resilient
• More elastic
• Firmer

This is a root-cause approach to skin health, not just something that works on the surface.

Most people think improving skin is all about what you put on your body…

But what if it starts with what’s happening inside your body?

This is glow.

A peptide blend designed to support:

• Collagen production
• Skin elasticity and firmness
• Reduced inflammation
• Improved blood flow to the skin

The result?

Healthier, fuller, more resilient skin.

And what makes this even more interesting…

This isn’t just a surface-level approach. These peptides work systemically, meaning you may also notice benefits in other areas of your body as well.

If you’ve been looking for a more root-cause approach to skin health, this is something we’re really excited about.

Comment “Glow” and we’ll send you more info on how to jump in on the glow challenge so you can have healthier, clearer skin!

GLP medications are everywhere right now.

And yes… they can be incredibly helpful for weight loss.

But there is one thing we tell everyone considering this option:

The GLP is not the answer. It’s a tool.

The real answer is changing the lifestyle that led to the weight gain in the first place.

Because if nothing changes, the weight often comes back when the medication stops.

That is why our focus is always on building the foundation while someone is using the medication:

• Learning what a healthy plate actually looks like
• Prioritizing protein to protect muscle
• Adding resistance training to support metabolism
• Creating habits that are sustainable long-term

Muscle matters.
Nutrition matters.
Movement matters.

GLP medications can create a powerful window of opportunity.

But long-term health comes from what you build during that window.

PRP vs. Stem Cells — what’s the difference?

PRP stands for platelet-rich plasma.
It’s created by drawing your blood, spinning it in a centrifuge, and isolating the plasma and growth factors that support healing. Then we inject that back into the area we’re treating.

It’s your own tissue.
Your own healing factors.
Concentrated.

So why would we choose PRP instead of stem cells?

• When the injury isn’t as severe
• When the tissue has strong blood supply, like muscle
• When the patient is younger and healing potential is naturally higher
• When a lower price point makes more sense

Not every condition needs the most aggressive option.
The goal isn’t to upsell treatment.
The goal is to match the right therapy to the right tissue.

If you’re dealing with an injury and wondering which option makes sense for you…
