The exceptional performance of our Soldiers is evident not only in their daily tasks but also in their impressive professional achievements. Over the past couple of weeks, several Soldiers have achieved significant milestones, they include:

- SSG Ruffin (Postal PSG) advancing to SFC and conducting his career reenlistment ceremony.

- SGT Richardson (Supply Sergeant) reenlisting for an additional four-year term.

- SPC Ying and SPC Rhoden graduating from the Basic Leaders Course, a key requirement to serve as a Non-Commissioned Officer.

These accomplishments demonstrate their unwavering commitment to excellence, dedication, and service to others and our nation.

Over the next three weeks, the company will engage in the Battalion’s Range Density exercise, which is designed to enhance readiness and Soldier proficiency across multiple weapon platforms.

Our Soldiers and leaders have been diligently learning the necessary skills and preparing to lead their own range operations.

We recently said goodbye to 1SG Forgues, who took on first sergeant responsibilities for Charlie Company, 548th DSSB on 21 February.

Throughout his time with the company, 1SG Forgues's leadership allowed the organization to uphold its commitments to three operational mission sets and multiple home station support and training requirements. Furthermore, he facilitated the reintegration activities of our recently redeployed platoons and led multiple initiatives aimed at Soldier and NCO development.

In short, his contributions had a lasting impact on all he served. We are extremely grateful for his leadership and wish him and his family the best in their new pursuits.

Last week, the company partnered with the Muleskinner H2F team to participate in “The Climb”, a symposium designed to enhance communication skills, leader development and unit cohesion.

Throughout the day, Regulators participated in team-building exercises and engaged in dialogue activities that strengthened key relationships and improved unit morale.

We are extremely grateful to the H2F team and key partners for coordinating this event and for their continued support of the organization.

Fellow Regulators, SPC Kratz and PFC Hibbert, along with HROB Chief WO1 DeJesus Torres recently departed to the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility in support of Operation Southern Guard. No matter the mission, our Soldiers remain ready to provide world class Human Resources support.

Last week, Workhorse 6 and 7 took time to recognize Soldiers from our HR and Postal Platoons for their recent accomplishments while deployed to the CENTCOM AOR. Each Soldier received a Battalion coin in recognition of their contributions. Well done team!

Recently, we farewelled SPC Ramirez, who after five years with the company is transitioning from the Army. We are extremely grateful for all his contributions to the company over the years and thank him for his service to our nation. We wish him and his family the best in their future endeavors.

Earlier this week we welcomed back our Human Resources Platoon from their 9-month deployment to the CENTCOM area of responsibility. Their contributions came at a pivotal time for the region and were essential with facilitating the reception, integration and accountability of the Joint Force.

We are proud of their accomplishments and would like to thank their family and friends for their support!
