Coalfield Family Services is looking for a dedicated Supportive Counselor/Case Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping others, providing supportive counseling, and guiding clients toward healthier and more stable lives.

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Provide supportive counseling services
• Conduct mental health assessments
• Teach DUI classes
• Offer Targeted Case Management services
• Work with clients in-person at our Fort Gay office and occasionally via telehealth

📅 Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays

📚 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting client growth
