We currently have a previous contracted provider of ours and their family members harassing us on our social media account.
While, I’m not going to say any information directly related to this person I will say some general things.
Such as a person cannot be paid if they do not turn in their paperwork. A person can also not be paid if they turn in incorrect paperwork. A person who has been asked probably 40 times and showed continuously how to do the paperwork correctly, but continues to have excuse after excuse clearly is not mature enough to work as a contracted provider independently. The excuses are not why the paperwork is wrong, but why they’re going to be late… Or why it doesn’t exist at all.
But we wish all of our current, past and present providers nothing but happiness and the best in their life. But this is not for everyone. Contract work is not for someone who requires handholding or micromanage. It is for someone who can work independently and follow directions well.
This post is not meant as a jab at anyone just saying there is always two sides to every story and we always have a paper trail to backup what we say 🙂
For someone who can work independently, they can make great money.
With that said if there’s anyone that’s interested in being a contracted provider for our company providing supportive services to families involved in Cps cases, please feel free to reach out.
