Yesterday was one of many ego deaths for me.

Not the kind that erases you, but the kind that burns away distortion so something truer can come forward.

Yesterday was about learning how to see people and situations through the lens of self-respect and alignment, while still honoring truth and justice. When we see more clearly, we unlock hidden truths and insights that lead us toward enlightenment. But clarity never requires self-betrayal.

Our ego exists for a reason. It protects us. But when it becomes inflated, it turns into a weapon that can harm ourselves and others. Ego death is not about destroying the ego. It’s about rebirthing it into something aligned, grounded, and honest.

Today, these cards came forward.

Ra, Enlightenment. Full light. No more hiding in the shadows. Truth seen clearly, not emotionally distorted. Action taken in daylight.

Osiris, Death and Rebirth. The ending of a cycle. The release of an old order. Gratitude for the lesson, even when it was painful, because it carried you into something new.

Together, they felt like confirmation.
Clarity followed by rebirth.
Truth followed by transformation.

And a reminder that growth does not require cruelty, but it does require courage.

Side note because it matters.
This deck isn’t fancy. It came with a QR code instead of a booklet. The box is cheap cardboard. But the cards are beautiful and they speak just as clearly as any high-priced deck.

You don’t need to spend a ton of money on a “fancy” deck.
They all work the same way.

I’ve been putting together New Beginnings simmer pots, and this one feels extra special.

Made with grapefruit, orange, lemon, rosemary, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and bay leaf, this blend is all about fresh energy, clarity, and gentle forward movement. Clean, uplifting, and grounding without being heavy. A true reset.

These are being gifted to the FTG Library staff as a thank-you while I do readings for their company Christmas party 🤍
A little ritual of warmth, intention, and appreciation to go with the season.

From Tower to Garden 🗼->🌱

Today’s pull was clear and honest. I didn’t have time to pull for myself, so i utilized my Labyrinthos app. It has always been spot on for me and you get a free daily reading.

Tarot:
Temperance reminded me that balance isn’t about doing less or more. It’s about doing what’s sustainable.

The King of Cups reversed asked me to look at emotional over-giving, compassion fatigue, and where my cup has been running low.

The Ace of Pentacles reversed reflected lessons around time, energy, and investments that didn’t land the way I hoped, not failures, just information.

Lenormand:
The Tower showed the importance of stepping back for protection and perspective. Sometimes solitude is necessary for healing, but it isn’t meant to become a permanent wall.

The Garden followed, reminding me that connection, community, and shared space still matter. The key is returning with intention.

Rune:
And the rune Hagalaz tied it all together. Disruption as a catalyst. The storm that clears what no longer fits so something truer can grow.

This season isn’t about disappearing.
It’s about re-emerging differently.

More aligned.
More protected.

🔮✨ People suggest all the time that tarot is “demonic,” and honestly… it’s not. But some decks do have a twisted sense of humor.

Tarot, for me, isn’t about fortune-telling or spooky vibes. It’s a confirmation tool, a way to decode the conversation between your higher self and mine. I’m just the translator helping your soul say the thing you’ve already been feeling in your gut… but maybe haven’t wanted to face just yet.

It’s like your intuition ordered takeout, and I’m just here delivering it with a side of, “Well, you knew this was coming.”

And yes, sometimes, in classic divine comedy, the Devil card shows up. Not because you’re cursed or haunted (please breathe), but because the Devil represents:
✨ unhealthy attachments
✨ limiting beliefs
✨ fear-based patterns
✨ cycles that keep you stuck

It’s your soul’s way of nudging you like, “Hey babe, what are you clinging to that’s actually chaining you up?”

So no, it’s not demonic.

Unless you count being lovingly called out by cardboard as spiritual possession. 😏
