Men's Meditation
I'm excited to announce that I will be teaching a men’s meditation class at Align; Body, Heart, Mind in Fort Gratiot. Much gratitude for the generosity of Chasity. This will be based on my own practice of Zen, informed by the Plum Village tradition. There will be formal instruction, literature exploration and group discussion. $15 suggested donation. Every Tuesday at 7:30 PM, starting in September.
About me:
I have been meditating for many years and have been formally practicing with the Blue Water Community of Mindful Living under the guidance of zen master Thich Nhat Hanh for five years. I have experience with various types of meditation including Janah, Samatha, Samatha-Vippasana and Dzogchen. This class will start simple with sitting meditation using the breath.
