Position Overview
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services while serving as a key connection between patients, clinical staff, and the physician. This position offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, supporting comprehensive, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards, protocols, and clinical guidelines
-Serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and the physician
-Function autonomously while also collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals
-Act as the primary clinical support person for the physician
Ensure a positive, efficient, and patient-focused experience

Availability Requirement
Open availability is a must. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet patient and practice needs.

PHCN North, North Pediatrics, Macomb, Marysville, Gastro, & Administration:

New Year's Eve Hours:

Please see below for the PHCN Network Thanksgiving hours:

PHCN North, North Pediatrics, Admin, and Gastro offices will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28.

PHCN Macomb will be CLOSED Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 but will be open the following weekend (11/29 and 11/30).

PHCN South and Marysville offices will be CLOSED Thursday, November 27 but will remain OPEN on Friday, November 28 with regular business hours.

All offices will resume regular hours on Monday, December 1.
