tonight we're continuing to focus on the spine, this time looking at strengthening postures, improving balance and over all mobility

Expect some core strengthening, balance postures and twisting!
We'll end with a guided relaxation to give you some time to find some calm.

relaxation yoga tomorrow ..

we're going to focusing on the spine! A healthy spine is one of the keys to a long, happy and pain free life.

Or, if you're like me, with back injury/ chronic back pain (horse riding accident for me) then taking the spine through it's six plains of movement can really help to ease pain, tension and gain back lost mobility.

We're also going to be working on body awareness and a new breath practice.

As always this class is beginner friendly, as well as pre and post natal friendly!

Yoga flow tonight !

we're still working on the back line of the body, with a 'fun' (I think its fun) warrior flow and our peak pose is Frog.. so we'll be really getting into those hips/inner thighs and low back

as always we'll finish with guided relaxation.
