We want to keep you informed of an important update regarding our insurance network. As of November 1, 2025, our practice will no longer be in-network with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. This decision follows extensive efforts to negotiate fair and sustainable payment rates—efforts that unfortunately did not result in an agreement.

Your care remains our top priority, and we deeply value your trust in us. We understand that changes in insurance coverage can be disruptive, and we’re here to support you through this transition. Our team is available to help verify coverage, discuss alternative options, and answer any questions you may have.

We want to share that Dr. Stoliker will be leaving our practice as of June 13th. We're grateful for the care and dedication he's provided and wish him all the best in his new chapter!

That said, we want to clear up some confusion: our office is NOT closing, and Dr. Rioux is NOT retiring. He will continue to see our existing patients as well as accepting new patients. We remain committed to providing the same quality care you've come to expect.

Valley Eye Care Associates is looking to add a Full Time Revenue Cycle Specialist to our team! This position will be responsible for managing the entire billing process from initial encounter to final payment. This includes overseeing registration, posting payments, billing patients and insurances, collections, appealing insurance companies as well as addressing aged accounts.
