Job Title: Chief of Staff – Offshore Operations Remote).
Position Overview
We are hiring a Chief of Staff with full operational authority over all offshore staff and department leaders. This role exists to fix what’s broken, enforce standards, and eliminate underperformance.
This is not a strategic advisor role. This is an ex*****on role. You will be expected to take control, make decisions, and hold people accountable—quickly.
You will have direct authority to hire, fire, restructure teams, and replace leadership where necessary.
Core Responsibilities
* Own the performance of all offshore departments and leaders.
* Enforce accountability—missed targets and excuses are not acceptable
* Hire, terminate, and restructure staff without delay when standards are not met
* Build, document, and enforce policies, procedures, and SOPs
* Design and deploy mandatory training for offshore teams
* Run HR with zero tolerance for mediocrity.
* Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and weak leadership—and eliminate them
* Travel internationally to train teams, audit performance, and enforce standards
Required Profile
* Proven experience running operations or a professional practice
* Strong background in offshore or remote workforce management
* Comfortable making hard decisions quickly
* Highly competent with systems, documentation, and reporting
* Direct communicator with strong critical-thinking skills
* No-nonsense leadership style
* Willing to travel globally

First 30 Days – Assessment & Control.
* Conduct a full operational audit of all offshore departments
* Identify underperforming staff and ineffective leaders
* Review all existing SOPs, policies, and training materials
* Establish immediate performance expectations and reporting requirements
* Begin corrective actions where performance is clearly unacceptable
Outcome: Leadership knows standards are enforced. Offshore operations are under direct control.
60 Days – Correction & Enforcement.
* Replace or restructure underperforming roles and leadership
* Finalize and implement standardized SOPs across all departments
* Launch mandatory training programs with measurable outcomes
* Enforce HR standards, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
* Eliminate operational inefficiencies and redundancies
Outcome: Weak links removed. Systems enforced. Teams aligned to expectations.
90 Days – Stability & Performance
* Offshore departments consistently meeting performance metrics
* Leadership fully accountable and self-managing
* Training programs producing measurable competency improvements
* HR systems operating cleanly and consistently
* Executive leadership confident offshore operations require minimal oversight
Outcome: Offshore operations are stable, disciplined, and scalable.
