"Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un" (إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ), "Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we shall return." Our brother, Mohamed Kalam, has returned to Allah this morning. The Janaza will be held at Nur Ul Islam tomorrow (Wednesday) after Zuhr Salaah. Iqaamah for Zuhr is at 1:40pm, and burial will be at the Fred Hunter Muslim Cemetery, Insha Allah.
There will be a gathering to honor his memory tonight after Maghrib 7:20pm at the Nur Ul Islam.

Inna lilahi wa inna ilayhi rajioon. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Sheikh Bashir affectionately known as Uncle Bashir. He was 96. He was the step father of Annisa the father in law of Shiraz Abdool (pharmacist) the grandfather of Ibraheem Abdool. InshaAllah Janaza will be on Sunday July 6th (tomorrow) at IMOF at 2pm immediately after salah ul Zuhr. ( Salah ul Zuhr 1:50pm).
