Once upon a time in a land far away, my highest self promised she’d stay.

She said, “I’ll speak to you from within your chest, I have only your best interest.”

No one else can hear her sound, her guidance is only mine to be found. Direction from intuition, I will let her speak from this position. When I sit in stillness or do a yoga move, my life manifests into a magical groove.
