French Onion Soupπ
Full of nutritious greatness! Delicious comfort food! Easy, quick and very inexpensive to make! Loaded with great health benefits to boost.
The onions contain; Quercetin ~ A powerful Anti-inflammatory, Antioxidants, they help decrease triglycerides and reduce cholesterol levels, even helps in the fight against certain cancers.
Bone broth ~AKA, Liquid gold!! is loaded with powerful health benefits.
It contains Glutamine - helps in reducing glucose levels and in the management of diabetes.
Contains collagen - great for keeping healthy skin and strengthening bones. When cooked collagen turns into a gut strengthening formula called Gelatin.
Improves your digestion health.
Has been know to protect against allergies.
It also boosts the immune system naturally by reducing inflammation and helping your gut get into a great healthy state.

Overall, Onion soup gives us a fantastic health boost in many areas of our bodies and it doesn't cost a whole lot.
Instructions:
Caramelize the onions in a pot with the butter (I used grass fed Kerry Gold) and add the Balsamic vinegar.
Add the Garlic,
Then add the bone broth
Season with salt and pepper
Bring it to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 40-50 minutes.
Baguette - cut into slices (shape to your desire)
Mix some melted butter and garlic together then brush onto the baguette slices.
Toast until lightly brown.
Serve the soup in cups/bowls add cheese and sprinkle some chives on top.
