“Mental health” disorders are really BRAIN HEALTH disorders.💡
When your brain doesn’t function optimally on a biological level, you’re likely to struggle with brain fog, anxiety, depression, and poor sleep.
This data is from a client going through our virtual neurofeedback training program.
When we start a new client, we begin with a brain scan and some psychological assessments to get a baseline. (Think of these measures as your brain’s KPIs).📈
Then we repeat these measures to assess how our clients are improving as the result of doing neurofeedback training.
This client really wanted to focus on reducing her anxiety.
As the result of consistent (3-4x weekly) neurofeedback sessions, she’s already experienced significant improvements.👍
She’s noticed lessened anxiety and improved emotional regulation.
Her anxiety score dropped from 18 (high anxiety) to 4 (low anxiety) on the GAD-7, a validated measure of anxiety.
In addition, her depression scores improved on the PHQ-9, along with her psychological well-being on the GHQ-12, which went from a 12 (mediocre) to a 3 (excellent).😊
