I’d like to believe that they were introduced for the health and wellbeing of the people BUT THAT’S NOT THE CASE ANYMORE (if it ever was???)

My secret to being able to maintain my body composition (after years of macro tracking) is staying inside an appropriate serving amount ESPECIALLY when I eat a treat (like chips, shown here)…. I weigh EVERYTHING to make sure I’m not slowing eating more than my body needs…

Extra intake leads to weight (fat) gain

Especially as a post menopausal woman.

I don’t indulge in chips very often, but when I do I stick to a sticking size!

I’ve had this same food scale for 10+ years…. And rarely do I need to track unless I’m really wanting to know exactly what’s in my meal (which Is very important when you start your health journey)
