The difference between a ‘nutritionist’ verse s ‘dietitian’
ALL dietitians ARE nutritionists…. Nutritionist ARE NOT dietitians!!

Dietitians are licensed, so they must continue to stay up to date on their education in order to practice….. not to mention dietitians main area of education is MNT (medical nutrition therapy). So if you have any underlying health issues you will be better guided in the hands of a licensed dietitian…. We’re not practicing fad or fake nutrition recommendations…. We go further into the research, practicing evidence based nutrition ❤️❤️

Homemade Chia Pudding:
1 can full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
Mix, stir, shake and refrigerate overnight then use as is OR as a base to order dishes like:
Yogurt bowl
Or
Oatmeal
