10 years of falling in love with myself 🫶

this isn’t just some catchy birthday message- 18 was the hardest year of my life and if I could go back and just hug my 18 year old self and tell her not to cry and that everything would get better, I would.

my biggest piece of advice- i truly believe that you must learn to love yourself because that is all you have. if you don’t love who you are, become the person you want to be. all it takes is small actions a little at a time. fall in love with being alone because it will make you stronger in life and relationships. fall in love with your imperfections, the weird things about yourself- be the girl you would wanna be friends with and f*ck everyone else.

when you stand rooted in self-love, you set healthier boundaries, attract deeper connections, and move through life with confidence instead of anxiousness and fear.

Happy birthday to my biggest supporter, bestie, and Capricorn sister 🖤 I don't know a time in my life when you were not in it- you have been a sister to me since day 1. It's very rare to have a friendship that lasts this long and I am so blessed that it's you. All of these memories feel like yesterday and it's crazy to think we will be creating more together as we grow older and have families one day. I love you so much you deserve everything in the world!
