The biggest mistake I see in the gym 👇

Stopping when it gets hard.

When it gets too hard, bang out 3 more reps. When you are working out, rep 1 should be challenging, not rep 10.

Your brain and your body adapt because something challenges them. Whether it’s learning a skill, building discipline, or even emotional resilience, the “hard part” is what triggers change. If you stop there, you stay at the same level.

Quitting early creates the illusion that “this method doesn’t work,” when in reality, you just didn’t stay long enough to see results.

Break the pattern. Stopping early doesn't work, this is proven in science. It gets easier, and then you make it more challenging. That's how it works.
