Looking for a Full-time Chiropractic assistant/ Receptionist. Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Candidate MUST have 2 YEARS experience with the front desk position-in a healthcare Chiropractic setting , PI experience is necessary.

Position will include front desk and clerical duties, which include but not limited to: Managing front desk, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, assisting with therapies, working inactive patient lists, data entry in computer, and insurance verification. Billing coding experience is a plus but not necessary. Social Media know-how is a plus.

Must have good people and communication skills, and have a friendly, outgoing personality. Must be computer & software literate. Be a "team player." Must have good organizational and procedural skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and have STRONG work ethic! There is room for growth within the company.

Must be available to work Monday through Saturday and have the ability to work flexible hours and overtime (approximately 40-50 hours per week).
