Being a new mom, whether it’s your first or third baby, is HARD. 😩
The body changes so much, and it can be really disheartening.
I think the nature messed up 🥴
We should be rewarded honestly with bigger b***s and 🍑 not the very opposite.
But even with Hashimoto’s (which can make it harder to lose weight), I managed to get a flat belly just 3 weeks after my second baby. 🍼💪

I get it-it’s tough to lose weight, especially with all the confusing advice out there.
Everyone tells us to avoid carbs and eat more protein… but if that worked, why do so many people still struggle?
The truth? It’s not carbs that make you gain weight-it’s the wrong carbs! I’ve kept my weight stable for years, even after having two kids, and I mostly eat carbs. 🍝🍚
