Being a new mom, whether it’s your first or third baby, is HARD. 😩

The body changes so much, and it can be really disheartening.

I think the nature messed up 🥴

We should be rewarded honestly with bigger b***s and 🍑 not the very opposite.

But even with Hashimoto’s (which can make it harder to lose weight), I managed to get a flat belly just 3 weeks after my second baby. 🍼💪

I get it-it’s tough to lose weight, especially with all the confusing advice out there.

Everyone tells us to avoid carbs and eat more protein… but if that worked, why do so many people still struggle?

The truth? It’s not carbs that make you gain weight-it’s the wrong carbs! I’ve kept my weight stable for years, even after having two kids, and I mostly eat carbs. 🍝🍚

Hydration! Not just with water.

To me it is not about making a drink for your hydration only but taking a moment to celebrate a day, celebrate good people around you, be thankful for peace, sun and safe home.

Sitting down to celebrate your body and your ability to live.

Healthy lifestyle is a celebration of your body.

I hear it all the time: you have great genes.

Not everyone ate super healthy when pregnant or exercise every free moment.

Not everyone chose to not drink coffee, alcohol, eat only Whole Foods and exercise everyday.

And not everyone had psoriasis at 13, acne, Hashimoto and RLS. These are my genes too.

Take care, to live an independent life.

Your body is not trying to sabotage you.

A lot of women gain weight after:

heartbreak
motherhood
stress
burnout
hormonal imbalance
years of putting themselves last
And then they blame themselves for struggling.
This simple breakfast became one small way of telling my body:
“I’m taking care of you now.”

Healing starts in small daily moments.
