I live in flow state. When a bestie asks me to model I say HECKINS YES! Free rein always with my hair and I am never disappointed! Thank you for always taking such good care of me!!! As I sat basking in the solar eclipse energy spending the day at my fav salon I reflected on this time we are in. Where have we come from? Where are we now? Where are we going?

To the woman I once was… I love you. Thank you for being strong, for never giving up, for protecting yourself when you were not protected, for falling and always getting back up. Even though life didn't make sense, I flowed.
To the woman I am now… I am so proud of myself. I love, honor and own my power. No regrets just valuable lessons learned. I have love for all. I have boundaries. I walk in my truth. I am a bad ass blessed Warrior with abundance on all levels.

An afternoon for yourself- bring a mat and comfortable cushion to lay down, please refrain from alcohol and food at least 3hrs prior to activation. After an Epic weekend last week filled with high vibrations, euphoric bliss, amazing memories and blessed news, I slide right into working all nighters because I love my bestie and support his success. I've been reiki infusing all the food we give out, reiki'ing drunk college kids with injuries, even a local who split his head open from walking into a pole! A week of no sleep no regrets. YOU create your reality. YOU and only YOU can own your inner and outer power. Embrace your ups and downs in life and have faith in the divine's destiny for you. I have shed so much and evolved so much on all levels over the last 5 years. I AM THE HAPPIEST I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY WHOLE EXISTENCE IN THIS LIFETIME!!!!! So looking forward to this weekend. Thank you for being my soul sister and whisking me away for some fun in the sun and a 4 day music festival 👯‍♀️. Here we go. Double trouble at it again!!!!!
When I am back I start rolling out the next chapter of Also I will be back pulling all nighters till the end of March so come see me in front of on truck every night 10 pm- we sell out!!

Every Monday I have a smoothie from at when Aria is in dance with . Every Monday I receive messages meant for me on my cup. She gives me a drink for home and always a message.
