Dharma Karma Yoga last day of 16 week series, honoring Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of yoga, while practicing 8 different styles of asana.
This Sunday 9-24-23 in Yoga Trapeze Health @ 12-1:30 pm we practice Yoga Nidra to systematically let go of our body to connect on a deeper level of our Being to a higher consciousness. We will journey through the 5 levels of sleep. This simple yet profound practice of meditation is considered Samadhi because 1st, it’s easier to do laying down then to sit. 2nd, requires us to stay awake, present to the magical Yoga Nidra place: The Alpha/Theta boundary or the hypnagogic state. This is where the brain is at its most flexible , where it's easiest to change old unwanted habits. It's where we have access to the conscious and the unconscious mind, here we say our Sankalpa or hearts desire for it to manifest. 3rd, the last delta frequency activates the pineal gland for healing on the cellular level.
Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary ~ but not to be missed. Ideally Yoga Nidra ought to be practiced regularly, especially by yogis or anyone who wants positive meaningful change in their life, and Who doesn’t want that? See you soon
Namaste, wishing you all many blessings🙏🏻

Dharana & Restorative class
Sunday 12-1:30 Dania, Florida
We honor the 6th of Patanjali’s
8 Limbs of yoga, while practicing 6 Restorative poses. This is a perfect combination to bring mind, body & spirit into oneness.

Restorative yoga invites us to fully ‘let go’ physically, mentally and emotionally while laying in comfortable supportive positions for 4-8 minutes using sandbags to help ground us and completely surrender into stillness & silence within. Creating this self sanctuary we’re invited to look where we hold tension, beliefs that don’t serve the highest good, who we are, what we want and how to best serve ourselves and others easily & freely without attachment.

In Dharana our focus is one pointed, not allowing the mind to wander. We learn to not be distracted. We learn Focused Attention is your superpower

This an amazing, beautiful unusual practice of self celebration and exploration is sure to shift your perspective for transformation. Remember;
“What got you here,
won’t get you there!”

Everyone is always welcome, any questions please contact,

This Sunday we will honor the 5th Limb of Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga,
As they say in Star Wars, “We’re Going In” In Pratyahara we drop down below the surface noise of our senses into stillness & silence connecting to the “knowing” Self that’s always here to guide & support us. The asana practice will be YIN, opposite of Yang, we will gently stretch connective tissues, releasing chronic tension, emotional confusion, & habit energies. This is truly a transformational duo combination for self awareness🕉 reminding all yogis is the essential aspect of yoga.

Asana & Kundalini
Asana is the physical practice of yoga poses = Hatha Yoga
As a means to unite body, breath & mind. Defined by Patanjali as a seated pose to maintain a long straight spine for energy to flow freely during meditation.
Asana is a balance between stability and ease. We learn to hold our body, breath & mind together with gentle firmness to develop strength & flexibility in mindfulness, discipline & concentration.

This Sunday September 3rd we will practice Kundalini, & honor the 4th Limb = Pranayama🕉
At Yoga Trapeze Health, Dania FL
Kundalini asana practice is focused on awareness, using dynamic breathing and Kriya sequencing.
Everyone is welcome
This Will be transformational!

Ishvara Pranidhana
Freedom is to surrender the fruits of our labor for the highest good of collective consciousness, as we become one with the flow of Universal Intelligence.
Everyone is welcome this Sunday 8/27 as we honor the
3rd limb = “Asana” of Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of yoga doing Kundalini style postures. While Hatha & Vinyasa yoga might focus on the physical exercises, Kundalini focuses on the spiritual practice of yoga. It’s slow, deep, relaxing & transformational. 🕉❤️🙏🏻.

I never liked the gym. I would rather be outside, but at 60, I bit the bullet, got a trainer, and started weight training. The gains in strength and muscle mass have surprised me. Even my back pain went away as my core got stronger!

Bands and body‐weight exercises also work well to build muscle. Anytime I’m traveling, I’ll pack my bands in case I can’t access a gym.

If you’re new to weight training, try to find a trainer or ask someone at your gym for help. And make sure to start small and work your way up to heavier lifting.

Tapas, is burning away to make way for the new, You! Next Sunday is Svadhyaya, self study or reflection.
