Holy Cross Health continues its negotiations for a new contract with Aetna and Humana Medicare Advantage. Patients with Humana MA and Aetna insurance: protect your ability to affordably access Holy Cross Health regardless of our status with either payer. Steps you can take as a policy holder include:
• Call the number on the back of your insurance card. Let them know it’s vital to have in-network access to your trusted Holy Cross Health facilities, doctors and specialists.
• If you receive health insurance through your employer, reach out to your HR contact to ensure access to your benefits can remain intact.
• Contact your broker. We collaborate with many other health plans to protect your in-network access to Holy Cross Health.
