I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with specialized training in various therapeutic modalities. For the past 20 years, I have had the pleasure of working with children, adolescents, and adults who were struggling in one or more areas of their lives. I am exceptionally open minded to treat all individuals and couples of all backgrounds and orientations. My approach is eclectic and focused on helping individuals to work on becoming the best version of themselves so they can successfully manage life’s challenges. It is important to me that the individuals with whom I work feel validated, respected, and heard. I always try to find the right balance of warmth, caring, and empathy while also being direct and challenging in order to help clients achieve their goals. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
