✨ New Year’s Day Notice & A Gentle Invitation ✨

Our Seasons business office will be closed on Thursday, 1/1/2026 in observance of the New Year.
If you already have a scheduled appointment with your clinician, your session is NOT canceled and will take place as planned.

As we ring in the new year, this is often a meaningful time to pause, reflect, and check in with yourself. The transition into a new year can bring hope, pressure, uncertainty, or simply a sense that it’s time to reconnect. Therapy doesn’t have to start with a crisis—many people return or begin therapy in January to reset, gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, or process what the past season has held.

To all who celebrate Christmas, we wish you a warm, peaceful, and meaningful holiday filled with moments of comfort, connection, and rest.

We also want to gently acknowledge that the holidays can be complicated. While this season can bring joy, it can also bring up feelings of loneliness, grief, family strain, stress, or emotional pain. If Christmas feels heavy for you this year, please know you are not alone—and support is available.

Holiday Business Office Hours:
• If you already have a session scheduled with your clinician, your session will take place as planned.
• Our Business Office will close on Christmas Eve at 1:00 PM and will reopen on December 26th at 9:00 AM.
• Our answering service will continue to take calls while the office is closed.
