This teen had a rather large wart on the index finger by the joint. It was raised and black looking with speckles.
The child’s mother didn’t notice it until it was large and questioned the child on it.
Child was taken to a dermatologist for correct diagnosis and to freeze it off.
Dermatologist proceeded to shave off some of the wart and then handed a prescription to the parent for a cream to apply daily.
Mother asked what kind of cream is it?
Derm said a skin cancer cream….

Not mention the fact there was no informed consent or explanation beforehand.
Mother called for it to be freezed off. Derm didn’t say, hey I can’t freeze this is off because it’s by the joint… instead procceded to assume mother would want this amountn cancer cream to apply daily after scoffing at the fact that she had suggested essential oils to her child… child Didn’t want to apply them daily. It was the whole reason for going to the appointment to begin with.
Mother and child left pretty disappointed and annoyed at the situation.
The mother came to see me and I suggested to starve the wart of oxygen. Child covered it with an over the counter wart bandage. It took a little persistence but the wart is gone and the area is healed.

The index finger is connected to the bladder/kidney… which is connected to the emotion of fear.
This child has some mild fears and worries on safety for others around him. Also a bit of a perfectionist. I told mother to work on these traits.
Nothing is by mistake… physical symptoms and emotions go hand in hand or shall I say finger in finger 🤣🫣
