Episode 7: “Anthony’s 90-Day Plan: What do You Eat?”
This week, we ask: what’s do you eat when there’s no room for error?
At this stage in Anthony’s transformation, everything counts. Every detail matters. And it all comes down to fuel.
We’re focused on Anthony building muscle while keeping excess water off the body, so every meal has to be intentional.
Protein is the foundation, but it’s not just about eating more. It’s about eating clean, making sure nothing is working against him or slowing his progress.
And this is where people get it wrong.
At this level, you can’t cut out carbs.
Anthony is already at 5 percent body fat, which means his body needs carbohydrates for energy, to train, and to keep building muscle.
So what you’re seeing is balance.
He’s eating simple meals like rice and meat. And I’ve added vegetable-based smoothies to his diet to support his recovery.
