Whether you're looking to strengthen and tone your body or lose weight Zoeli Pilates is your studio. We pride our self on teaching classical pilates just as Joseph Pilates taught it! Our trainers are all experienced instructors from diverse backgrounds, including bodywork, healing, and dance. We offer personal training on a one-on-one basis, as well as semi-private sessions and a variety of classes. With experience in teaching pre-natal pilates to rehabilitation exercise to professional athletes we can help you reach your health and fitness goals with a program that meets your needs.

What a fantastic final day!
We wrapped up our workshop series with Chris Robinson in the best way possible — starting the morning with a challenging and inspiring class diving deep into Joseph Pilates’ original mat work, and finishing strong with an engaging workshop focused on men’s exercises.

A big thank you to everyone who joined, sweated, and shared the energy over these incredible sessions. And of course, huge gratitude to Chris Robinson for his knowledge, passion, and precision — such an inspiring experience for all! 💪✨
