Whether you're looking to strengthen and tone your body or lose weight Zoeli Pilates is your studio. We pride our self on teaching classical pilates just as Joseph Pilates taught it! Our trainers are all experienced instructors from diverse backgrounds, including bodywork, healing, and dance. We offer personal training on a one-on-one basis, as well as semi-private sessions and a variety of classes. With experience in teaching pre-natal pilates to rehabilitation exercise to professional athletes we can help you reach your health and fitness goals with a program that meets your needs.
