The answer is yes, when it’s done for the right reasons and by the right team.

Robotic surgery doesn’t replace your surgeon. I control every movement, every instrument, and every decision in the operating room. The technology simply allows for greater precision, smaller incisions, and a clearer view of your anatomy.

For many patients, that can mean less pain, less blood loss, lower risk of infection, and a faster recovery compared to traditional open surgery.

Of course, robotic surgery isn’t for everyone. My job is to evaluate your case carefully and choose the safest, most effective approach for you, not just the most advanced one.

Congress passed the most impactful cancer-fighting bill in years. It happened thanks to cancer advocates like you who refused to back down!

Together, you sent more than 120,000 messages, made phone calls, and took to social media to urge lawmakers to reject cuts and invest in cancer research.

By passing this bill, Congress has:

• Increased funding for cancer research
• Expanded cancer prevention and screening programs
• Laid the groundwork for Medicare to cover cutting-edge multi-cancer early detection screenings once FDA approved and clinical benefit is shown
• Strengthened programs focused on childhood cancer
