Thus 33 year old with no medical history other than smoking ci******es cane to the ER with sudden onset chest pressure and profuse Sweating. His EKG showed that he was having a heart attack involving the Inferior wall of the heart!

I took him to the Cardiac Catheterization lab and opened his Roght Coronary Artery with implantation of one stent.
