Yoga with Star

Yoga with Star I'm Sally, I recently became a 200 HR certified yoga instructor! I would love for you to join me! Donations for the veterans are welcome but not required.

After years of practicing yoga I finally decided it was time to start teaching! So off to Spain I went where I completed my 200 HR yoga teacher training and became a certified yoga instructor. I love teaching yoga and because I am just beginning my teaching journey I am currently offering two free weekly classes Wednesday 1-2 at the Absecon American Legion and Thursdays 3-4 at the Brigantine American Legion. I also offer free private and small group classes, message me to arrange one! :)

Hello, I’m Sally I recently graduated from a yoga teacher training! I am looking for small groups or individuals that would be interested in taking a free class with me. I am working on building my business and have been teaching classes since I graduated in September but just relocated back to florida! I am trained in all types of classes and would love to do some yoga with you!
