Why should we never feel defeated in life?

Ups and downs are part of everyone’s life. What's important is that we don't feel like we've lost at any point.

Sometimes, we put so much effort into something without results or face situations where nothing seems to work out. We may feel like there's nothing left for us in life and that we have lost.

Never feel as if you are defeated. You haven't lost the game of life; yiu are just tired, need to pause and rest. You've used up your maximum energy, and exhaustion might make you want to give up. As you take moments to revive yourself, you'll find your fighting spirit again.

It's so crazy as alcoholics we make a 100% commitment to keep alcohol directly involved with our life to the point of health hazards deformities in our bodies visual collapse of our muscles and collagen in our skin but when our inner voice and our friends and families and bosses and God ask us to make a commitment to NOT DRINK...But now becomes this Big PROBLEM to the PERSON who DOESN'T THINK 🤔 THEY have a PROBLEM... Let that sink in for a minute...

I did the steps and I'm so glad I did they definitely helped me move forward in my Sobriety.. but my journey is gone in a different direction AA doesn't fit me and that's okay... My recovery doesn't have to look like yours... And your recovery doesn't have to look like mine... That's the beautiful thing about it.. there's a lot of roads up this mountain...... And you can get lost in a minute if you try... But you stay on course and you will reach that MOUNTAIN 🏔️ TOP of Glory... AND YOU CAN TAKE THAT TO THE 🏦 BANK!!
