Upper eyelid surgery can bring the sparkle back to your eyes. This 57 year old great lady hadn’t seen her eyelids in years, let alone using eyeshadow. A simple upper eyelid blepharoplasty made a huge difference in her appearance. This is a 45 minute procedure performed under local anesthesia in our office operating room. An upper eyelid lift can be a subtle way to create a more rested appearance.

This nice 57 year old lady presented with some of the worst lower eyelids I had seen in a while. I told her that surgery was not the answer and thought we could improve it a bit with fractional CO2 laser. We performed two aggressive fractional CO2 laser treatments six months apart and in between those treatments added hydroquinone (bleaching cream) to help lighten the area. Even though she is wearing some makeup, you can see the result is dramatic.

This 65 year-old female was not happy with her drooping right upper eyelid. She had developed a ptosis (droopy eyelid) over the last several years and wanted to improve the symmetry of both eyelids. A conventional blepharoplasty would not fix the ptosis. I performed a ptosis repair of the right upper eyelid without blepharoplasty and a lower eyelid fractional laser to tighten the skin. Four weeks post-procedure she was thrilled with the natural symmetrical result. This was a 30 minute procedure performed under local anesthesia.

This blue-eyed 43 year-old woman complained of heavy upper eyelids and lower eyelid wrinkles. I performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and lower eyelid fractional CO2 laser resurfacing. Six weeks later she was thrilled with a refreshed and natural result. This was performed using local anesthesia in our office operating room in under one hour. Experience, art and science all play a role in achieving a successful, natural appearing outcome. Our goal is to make someone look as though they never had a surgical procedure. 📞954-771-1310
