In December 2025, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration convened an Expert Panel on Testosterone Replacement Therapy for Men and issued a formal Request for Information seeking clinical, scientific, and regulatory input on testosterone therapy. This process represents a rare and meaningful opportunity to influence how testosterone is regulated, prescribed, and understood at the federal level.

The Testosteronology Societyâ„¢ has formally submitted a comprehensive expert response to the FDA Expert Panel.
