New video is live on my Anabolic Doc YouTube channel: "STOP Over-Phlebotomizing! Progressive Iron Depletion - NOT Benign: Systemic Energy Failure!" Too many men phlebotomize (give blood) on testosterone as their primary method to lower high red blood cell counts (high RBCs). This causes a progressive iron depletion that can lead to real problems! While TRT and steroids often do increase red blood cells (androgen induced erythrocytosis) it must be managed carefully, not simply by giving blood.
